ReadyB requires both profiles (consumers & Service Providers) to have a profile picture before working with the app.
- Service providers Can’t check-In/Check-out without having a profile picture
- Consumers can’t request a service without having a profile picture.

The reason for implementing this is because we believe that consumers should see who they are about to hire AND Service Providers should see who is the potential consumer that they are about to give service to.
