Assign Credit Card To New OR Existing Address

In the app Consumers and Skilled/Service Providers can add as many credit cards to Their profile as they want to:

Define any Credit card as the default payment method.
Assign any credit card to any new or existing address.

This will help any consumer to separate expenses from each property they own and To better handle their accounting.

Consumers that also have a Skilled/Service Provider profile... Will have 1 list of credit cards. This list appears in both profiles under Credit Cards. Any changes to credit cards on either profile will effect the other list....
TIP

Default Credit Card ( ) means :

Skilled/Service Provider:

For Background check application
When Ordering ID card

Consumers:

For Background check application
For any service request address that DOESN’T have a credit card assigned as a payment method.

The Scenario:

You had a great dinner and you want someone to just come over and clean the living room area – nothing else.

Step 1 – Select the Address where you want the service to be

Select an address from the existing list of addresses.
Add new address (in case you want the service at your friend, family address OR even if you want to get service for your relative in another country)
Click on the map’s green pin to add your current location and request a service to that location.

Click the ‘More & Next…’

Step 2 – Click on the SEARCH and type Cleaning.

Click On all The relevant sub categories that you want to include in the service. and click NEXT

Provide at least 1 way to describe what you want:

Video of 1 minute
4 Images
Description.

Note: It can be at least one OR combination of all.

See who is available RIGHT NOW to do the cleaning service that you need.

Click on the profile of the provider that you want to hire.
Wait for the provider’s answer with a price and comments.
If you like the price… Click ACCEPT and wait for him to come over and do the service.
If you don’t agree with the price…. click REJECT.
You will be asked to provide a last chance offer price.
Allow the person to either ACCEPT or REJECT it.
If your price is accepted by that service provider… AWESOME! you just saved some money 🙂
Wait for the service to be complete, SIGN the close service on the service provider mobile side.
ALL DONE!

Profiles Pictures

ReadyB requires both profiles (consumers & Service Providers) to have a profile picture before working with the app.

Service providers Can’t check-In/Check-out without having a profile picture
Consumers can’t request a service without having a profile picture.

Related screens for service providers

The reason for implementing this is because we believe that consumers should see who they are about to hire AND Service Providers should see who is the potential consumer that they are about to give service to.

How to Add Service Categories

After you create your service provider profile, you will have to assign all the service categories that you want to provide (as part of the registration process).

But in case you want to add, remove or Rearrange any of the service categories for your profile, you will need to do the following:

Click on the ‘manage categories’ and follow the options like:

1. type the search button and add all the additional categories that you want to include in your profile.

2. Sliding to the left on each category that is already assigned to your profile will allow you to remove it from your profile.

Remove categories from your profile.

Slide all the way to the left the category that you wish to remove from your profile. at the end of the sliding… the category will be removed from the list of categories.

you will need to repeat that for each of the categories that you want to remove from your profile.

Helper & General categories - What and How...

Helper

If you would like to provide help to consumers that need HELP in anything….(doesn’t need to be a specific topic)

When a consumer asks for help… then your profile will appear in the results (while you are Checked In and not busy on other work)

General

General is a category that is designed to Accommodate any request. This category is for anything that is not listed Under a specific topic OR when the consumer can’t see the category of service that they are looking for.

NOTE: the chances are that you will get many service requests with this category of service.
